About Me: Behind My Music
The Journey That Led Me Here
Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started playing instruments at a young age, singing in choir through school and church, and writing songs by the time I was 12. Over the years, I picked up clarinet, flute, piano, guitar, bass, and even the ukulele—not just to learn new instruments, but to find the right way to express what I was feeling.
Songwriting has always been the most personal part of music for me. Every lyric comes from real experiences—heartbreak, love, confusion, longing, and the quiet moments in between. Writing is vulnerable, and that honesty is what drives my music.
I’m inspired by acoustic-driven artists like Ed Sheeran. I especially like the way stripped-down production of acoustic-driven songs allows emotion and storytelling to lead. That influence shapes how I approach both songwriting and production.
Putting my music out into the world hasn’t been easy. Vulnerability rarely is. But I’ve learned that it’s also where connection lives.
I make music so people feel less alone. If you hear one of my songs and think, “She felt that too,” then I’ve done what I set out to do. My hope is that these songs reflect your own experiences back to you—honestly, openly, and without apology.
Welcome to my music.
